Welcome to KineticLab ("the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
KineticLab is an educational football science application. It provides physics calculators (shot trajectory, aerodynamics, pitch dimensions, lawn design), football knowledge articles, trivia quizzes, and a match tracker with score simulation. The App is intended for learning and entertainment.
Match listings, team data, and related content are operational sample data entered for demonstration and educational purposes. They do not represent live, official, or real-time sporting events, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sourced from any league, federation, or governing body.
Any score or outcome "prediction" in the App is produced by a mathematical model (ELO-based random simulation) for illustrative purposes only. Such results are not forecasts of real-world outcomes and must not be relied upon for any wagering, betting, or gambling decision.
The App does not offer, facilitate, or promote gambling, betting, real-money gaming, or any wagering of any kind, and contains no such functionality.
Physics calculations are based on standard formulas and simplifying assumptions. Results are approximations for educational illustration and should not be used for professional, engineering, safety-critical, or commercial decisions.

The App may display advertisements, including a skippable splash advertisement. Ads are clearly skippable and auto-dismiss after a countdown. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites reached by tapping an advertisement.
The App, including its design, code, text, and original content, is owned by KineticLab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights; you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the minimal, anonymized data we handle. By using the App you acknowledge that policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KineticLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or reliance on any content or prediction within it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
